ARE CHILDREN ABLE TO ATTEND?
We love children, but unfortunately only the children in the wedding party are invited to attend.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?
Due to venue capacity limits, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests. The invitation is strictly for those named on the invitation and RSVP card. Substitutions are not allowed.
MAY I TAKE PICTURES/VIDEOS?
The wedding ceremony will be unplugged. To fully celebrate our special day, we kindly request that all phones be turned off upon entry into the venue. There will be a professional photographer and videographer capturing this moment for us! You may only take pictures and videos during the cocktail hour and reception.
WHAT IF I RSVP BUT SOMETHING COMES UP?
If your plans change, please let the bride and groom know by sending an email to: paulmcclainwedding2025@gmail.com as soon as possible. The ceremony and reception is at capacity.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO RSVP?
If you forget to RSVP by the deadline, you will not be allowed to attend and your name will not be listed on the guest list for checking in at the venue. We do apologize if this is an inconvenience but there are strict deadlines to meet for the venue and caterer.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We recommend that you arrive approximately 25 - 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The doors will open at 4:30 pm. The ceremony begins at 5:00 pm. Once the ceremony begins no one will be allowed to enter until cocktail hour. The reception will follow after the cocktail hour.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We request kindly that you wear formal attire in shades of green, silver or gray, gold or tan, and cream or beige.
WILL THE WEDDING BE INSIDE?
The ceremony will be outside, and the reception to follow will be inside. All events will be held at the same venue.
WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?
A limited amount of alcohol will be served during the cocktail hour only.
WILL THERE BE A REHEARSAL DINNER?
There will be a formal rehearsal dinner by invitation only.
WILL THERE BE A REHEARSAL?
There will be a wedding rehearsal at the Crystal Ballroom by invitation only.

Please be on time as the rehearsal will last approximately 45 minutes and is limited to those invited.
WILL THERE BE A GIFT REGISTRY?
We are so excited to have you join our special day and your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. However, if you choose to honor us with a gift, there will be a card box for monetary gifts such as cash or gift cards.

WILL THERE BE A COST FOR PARKING?
There is no cost for parking at the venue or hotel.
IS THE VENUE FOR THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION EASILY ACCESSIBLE?
The venue is located on a flat landscaped property and does not have steps, stairs or unleveled surfaces in the space where the ceremony will be held.
WHAT KIND OF SHOES SHOULD/SHOULDN'T I WEAR?
We are planning an outside wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. The grass in these areas prevents penetration of shoe heels. Most any type of shoe that is comfortable for you is acceptable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE?
If you are late and the ceremony has begun, you will not be allowed to enter the outdoor space where the ceremony is being held. You may wait in the lobby to gain access to the outdoor area immediately following the ceremony which will be in time for the cocktail hour and reception.
IS THERE A SHUTTLE BETWEEN THE AIRPORT AND HOTEL?
Yes, there is a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and to and from the hotel. Please contact the hotel at 704-357-9122 to arrange for pickup and drop off.

Yes, there is a complimentary shuttle at the hotel for the hotel guests for transportation to the wedding venue.
