Tim and Nicole met many moons ago in Sea Isle City, New Jersey through mutual friends. After years of keeping a close friendship &amp; always keeping in touch no matter where they were in their lives, the stars finally aligned and they began dating in 2017. It was no wonder that Tim knew proposing in Sea Isle on the beach would be the best way to pop the question!
