We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to ensure that everyone is seated on time. There will be a short wagon ride to the ceremony location.

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors, so please dress accordingly. The reception will be indoors.

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us. We ask that you dress semi-formal. Please no jeans.

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". Please RSVP by July 1st.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form.

We do have blocks reserved for Saturday and Sunday at both of the hotels included on the travel page. For a discounted rate, call and mention the Polacek-Makovsky wedding. Rooms will be held until 7/29/24.

Yes! We will have a shuttle picking up at both hotels. There is also parking available at the venue. A more specific pick up time will be available as we get closer to the wedding. If needed, vehicles can be left at the venue over night, but need to be picked up by noon the following day.

While the wedding party and family are taking photos, there is going to be some time for you to enjoy the venue. There will be drinks & lawn games available!
