Stoney Creek and Holiday Inn may say they are booked if you try to reserve a room online, but if you call them directly and use our block code, they should have rooms available. Otherwise, there are other hotels listed on our Travel page to call!

Yes! There are two separate sites at MGV. The post-ceremony cocktail hour will be held at the Banquet Hall site. The pre-ceremony cocktail hour and ceremony will be held outdoors right outside the Ballroom site. And the reception will be held in the Ballroom site.

Before the ceremony, there will be a pre-ceremony cocktail hour with mobile bar just outside our Ceremony site at the Ballroom building 3:00pm to 3:45pm. But, don't be late to the ceremony, which starts at 4:00pm. After the ceremony, the bridal party will leave to take photographs. Follow the signage back to the Banquet Hall for the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers immediately following the ceremony from 4:45pm-6:00pm. In addition, some tables will be set up for card games. There will be plenty of yard games such as bag toss, giant Jenga, giant connect-four, giant beer pong, and other games set up throughout each building/outside for people to enjoy during the cocktail hours and during the reception if they want to take a break from dancing.

We want you to dress your best with us! Please opt for semi-formal, cocktail, or formal wear.

Yes! Guests will be responsible for transportation to the hotels OR the venue site. All of the hotels we have listed are about a 15 minute drive to the Venue. A shuttle will be provided for pick up at ONLY TWO of the listed hotels (Stoney Creek and Holiday Inn Express) at 2:30PM and 3:15PM, just in time to grab a drink at the outside bar before ceremony. The shuttle will depart from the venue beginning at 9:00PM and run a shuttle circuit every 45 minutes to 1 hour, until after our last dance which will be at 11:30PM. Parking will otherwise be available at the venue as well, including over night if needed.

Although we love your little ones, we are only having children who are in the wedding party and in our immediate families in attendance. We kindly ask no other children be brought. If an exception is needed for newborns, please let us know!

The ceremony will be outdoors, outside the Ballroom site, at Maple Grove Venue at 4:00pm. If there is inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the Ballroom site of the venue (where the reception is being held). There are two separate wedding sites at this location, so please look for signage! After the ceremony, make your way to the Banquet Hall site for cocktail hour.

The cocktail hour will end at 6:00pm, at this point, guests will follow the signage to the Ballroom site for the Grand March starting at 6:15pm and dinner starting at 6:30pm. On site parking will be available and shuttle services for Stoney Creek and Holiday Inn Express will be provided for your convenience.
