We are looking forward to having our guests relax and enjoy an evening of celebration. Our wedding will be an adult-only occasion. We politely request no children at this private, intimate event.

While the weather varies widely from day to day in Oklahoma, it will likely be quite warm to hot. The short ceremony will be outdoors so you may want to bring a fan, wear sunscreen and dress accordingly. We will be moving indoors with the AC for dinner and dancing.

Dressy casual. Because the ceremony will take place outdoors, you might want to opt for something classy that will be comfy in the heat (i.e. sundresses, button-down shirts or polos). If a wedding is the one place you love to show off your semi-formal attire, feel free to get as fancy as you like!

Our wedding venue has parking on-site.

We will have limited seats on a charter bus leaving the Grand Casino Hotel at 5pm. There will be two opportunities to return to the hotel on the bus at 9:30pm (a little early) and 10:30pm when the reception ends. There will be a sign up sheet at the hotel to reserve your seat on the bus. Still Meadows Wedding and Event Venue is a 25 minute drive from the Grand Casino Hotel. Uber/Lyft is unavailable to and from the venue.

A full dinner will be served. Water, tea, beer, wine, and 2 signature cocktails will be provided. Plus, the cake!
