Ceremony, no. Reception, yes. Guests will need to drive to and from our ceremony at the Cheakamus Centre South. We will provide shuttle service to and from the reception at Howe Sound Inn & Brewing. Shuttle service will be provided to guests who indicated they required it on their RSVPs. Both shuttles will depart the Executive Suites at 4:40pm sharp and then head to the Sandman Suites for pick up at 4:50pm sharp.

No, the shuttle service is accessible to all guests, irrespective of their accommodation arrangements. While we've designated two pick-up and drop-off locations (Executive Suites Squamish & Sandman Squamish), you're welcome to arrange your transportation to and from the Executive Suites or Sandman in order to utilize the shuttle service.

Yes, there is parking at both the Cheakamus Centre South and Howe Sound Inn & Brewing. There is plenty of parking at the Cheakamus Centre however, please be mindful of the time restrictions, especially directly in front of Howe Sound's front entrance.

We will be serving a buffet style dinner followed by desserts and late night snacks. Anyone who has indicated they have certain dietary restrictions or allergies will be notified of the options they can enjoy closer to the date.

Our ceremony at the Cheakamus Centre will be outdoors in a forest setting. If the weather is not cooperating, the ceremony will be moved to an undercover amphitheatre. Our reception will be held indoors at Howe Sound Inn & Brewing.

Semi formal attire is recommended however, we want our guests to first and foremost be comfortable! Please note that our ceremony will be taking place on grass and that there will be a short walk to and from there to the reception space. Bring your dancing shoes!

We kindly request that you keep your phone on silent and stowed away for the entirety of the ceremony. We've chosen to have an "unplugged ceremony" to encourage everyone to fully immerse themselves in the moment. You are more than welcome (and encouraged!) to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception.

We have decided to have an open bar where we will provide our guests with drink tickets to redeem for a variety of beer and highballs. You can enjoy as much wine as you like, no drink ticket necessary! While we want everyone to have a wonderful time, we kindly request responsible drinking practices, such as limiting orders to one beverage at a time and finishing your drink before getting another. While we do not anticipate reaching our alcohol purchase limit, we advise guests to have payment methods available just in case.

As we have been together for 8 years and counting, we have accumulated plenty of shared items to fill our home. However, as very new home owners, we would greatly appreciate that instead of a physical gift, you donate to our house renovation and honeymoon funds:)
