If you’re looking for a fun and vibrant way to spend the morning of the wedding, head over to Soda City Market on Main Street, only a short 10 minute walk from the Vista! This lively outdoor market takes place on Main Street across from the SC State house. Main Street is blocked off and the Market opens on Saturdays 9am-1pm, offering a mix of local vendors, artisans, food trucks, and coffee trucks, perfect for a leisurely stroll. You’ll find everything from fresh produce and homemade baked goods to unique crafts and clothing. It’s a great spot to explore, pick up a unique souvenir, try some amazing food, or simply enjoy the laid-back vibe of the city before the big event!

Things to Do

The closest airport to fly into for our wedding weekend is the Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE), located less than a 20 minute drive from Downtown Columbia and the Vista. It’s a small, convenient and easy airport to navigate!

If youre flying in from out of town, you can also consider flying into Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). This airport is on the North Carolina / South Carolina border. While it’s about a 1.5-hour drive to Columbia, it is a larger airport that offers more flight options. Rental cars are available at the airport if you prefer to have your own car to drive.
