The dress code is semi-formal/ cocktail attire. It will get cold during the nighttime as we are in the Santa Cruz mountains, so please bring a jacket.

The ceremony will take place outside, as well as the cocktail hour. The reception will take place indoors inside the barn.

The theme is rustic and our colors are lavender, sage green, and dusty blue. If you would like to dress in those colors, you are more than welcomed too but it is not a requirement.

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

The ceremony will start at 4pm sharp. Please arrive by 3:30pm.

Parking is limited, so please carpool with others. Parking is free. The venue wants us to clarify that Uber or Lyft will not be available to pick up at the location due to them not being able to find the exact address.

Kids are welcomed to come if they are listed on the invitation. We just ask that you make sure to watch your kids closely while exploring the property.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

We have a 12 hotel rooms blocked for guests. The rooms we have blocked off are deluxe king and require a minimum of 2 night stay. It's going to be at Hotel Los Gatos, 210 E Main St, Los Gatos, CA, 95030 United States of America. If this hotel is not in your price range, we recommend staying as close to the property as possible in Los Gatos. DEADLINE to book hotel room is March 16th. For a cheaper option: we recommend the Best Western The Inn of Los Gatos. They do not do hotel blocks anymore but they gave a promo code "celebration" that guests can use, but this promo code can only be used on their website. If you have any questions about using the promo code, send me a text or call me and I can walk you through it.

We ask that you RSVP by March 14th, 2024. You can either mail back the RSVP or do it online through the website.

The ceremony and reception is wheelchair accessible. We will also have a golf cart to drive anyone down to the ceremony that might need it.

Yes, we have 2 shuttle buses taking you from Hotel Los Gatos to Nestldown.

The candles are a rental from the florist and they can not be taken home. If you come and ask me at the end of the wedding, I will let you know.

Yes, smoking is allowed in the designated area near the bathrooms only. As longs as it is legal in California, you are allowed to smoke it. But please do not smoke anywhere other than the designated area.

Yes, food and drinks will be served at the reception. As far as what kind of food, it will be a mixture of foods that both Christopher and I enjoy. We will also have beer, wine, and liquor. The property does want us to let you know that we can not serve shots of alcohol. This is due to some issues they had in the past. If have you any questions about this, come talk to me.

Unfortunately, you can not bring your own alcohol. It is a violation to our contract and we will get hit with a fine. So please do not bring your own alcohol. Thank you!
