Please arrive around 5:30 p.m. for the ceremony at 6 p.m. Enjoy sunset cocktails after the ceremony until 7:30 p.m. when the reception will begin. We have also organized two shuttle services to the ceremony! One shuttle will leave Hotel Viking at 5:30 p.m. for drop off at Belle Mer. A second shuttle will leave the Howard Johnson Hotel at 5:10 p.m. then will proceed to the Brenton Hotel at 5:30 p.m. (pick up will be across the street at Perrotti Park) for drop off at Belle Mer. The ceremony will be outdoors and then we will move inside for the reception. The weather in Newport in September is on average between 62-71 degrees. In the case of inclement weather, everything will be held indoors at Belle Mer. While we love kiddos, we'd like this wedding to be adults only.
