We will arrange a bus to collect guests from their accommodation in the local area. If you would like to utilise this option, please opt in and provide your pickup address with your RSVP.

Whilst we love your little ones, unfortunately this celebration will be for adults only. No children or babies will be permitted to attend on the venue grounds, including newborns. Please make offsite childcare arrangements.

Both the Ceremony and Reception to follow will be on the grounds of the venue, Montrose House in Sutton Forest, Southern Highlands.

There is limited parking available onsite. All guests must leave at 11:30pm and cannot camp overnight in the venue carpark or anywhere on the venue grounds. The carpark will be locked at 11:30pm and may be accessed again on Sunday morning from 8:00-10:00am, when all vehicles must vacate the property.

A large part of the day will take place outdoors (weather dependent) so please come prepared to be outside. You will also be walking and standing on grass, so please ensure your footwear is appropriate for this.

The dress code for our wedding is formal, and it will be a garden wedding. We suggest that guests dress nicely, suits and long dresses, but not as formal as black tie.

Unfortunately we are limited for space on our wedding day, and only those guests addressed on the invitation are able to attend.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, but if you would like to honour us with a gift, we will have a wishing well on the day.

Please arrive by 3:00pm, as the wedding will start promptly following this time.

We estimate that the wedding will end by 11:30pm. The shuttle busses will collect guests by this time. If you have alternative transportation, please organise collection by 11:30pm.

We will have a recovery lunch on Sunday March 23rd at Sutton Forest Inn, around the corner from the venue at approximately 11:00-3:00. Please feel free to drop in if you would like to join.
