Formal attire: suits or tuxes, gowns or cocktail dresses. We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for the big day. Spring pastels and florals are highly encouraged! The bridesmaids are wearing lavender.

The ceremony will start promptly at 1:30pm. The large doors in the basilica are loud so please try to arrive by 1:15pm at the latest to minimize disruption of our videographer.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with you!

There is ample parking in the back of the church: go south onto South Park Ave past the church and take a left into the parking lot. Walk into the first door you see from the parking lot and take the stairs up. For those who cannot climb stairs, there are a few parking spots in the front of the church. Note that the elevator is broken, so if you cannot climb stairs, you need to enter at the front of the church. We apologize for the inconvenience. Avanti Mansion has one large parking lot in the front of the building. The entrance is handicap accessible. Valet parking is not offered at either location.

April in Western New York can be rainy with temperatures typically ranging from highs in the 60s° F to lows in the 40s° F but last year we did have several sunny days in the 70s° F. All you need is a light jacket!

All events surrounding the ceremony and reception will be indoors and climate controlled.

We have selected a set plate for all guests with two proteins and two sides so everyone can taste all the delicious food at Avanti. Children will receive chicken fingers, mac and cheese and applesauce. A vegetarian option will be available. If you have specific allergies, please specify these when you RSVP.

The bar will be open during cocktail hour and after dinner. Please drink responsibly. We do not have transportation organized between the hotels and venues but highly encourage utilization of rideshare services like Uber or Lyft to get home safely.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests whose names appear on the formal invitations. If space has been reserved for you to bring an additional guest, you will be able to accept or decline their invitation when you RSVP on this website.
