The welcome event will be from 7-9PM at the Parador Hotel in Arcos de la Frontera town center. Expect lots of heavy hors h'oeuvres - enough to be dinner! The Parador is at the very top of town. Taxis can take you all the way up the hill. If you drive, you will need to park at the bottom of town in the parking garage and walk up the hill. It's about 10min but rather steep and sidewalks turn to cobblestone so wear comfortable shoes. For those staying with us, a bus will pick up at Arcos Villas at 6:15 and Fain Viejo at 6:30. The bus will take us to the bottom of town, and we will take the walk up the hill above so mentioned.

The welcome and gathering will begin at 5pm. Dinner will be served from 7-10pm.

Breakfast with the newlyweds is at 9:30am.

Abolutely! Fain Viejo sits on a beautiful private estate that will be completely ours for the weekend. Think of it as an enhanced AirBnB, so while it does not have full hotel amenities, there is a small team of people on-site if you need anything. It features two pools and many acres filled with animals, ponds, gorgeous grounds to walk, a small vineyard (all of the wine we’ll be having is made from grapes on-site) and much more. The property owner is an art collector so take in the incredibly curated art at every corner. Oh, and there is an actual olive oil press operation on site, no big deal! Please feel free to come anytime on Saturday between 11am and the wedding to hang by the pool or explore the estate. Our only request is that you respect the beautiful space that has been built. Look after yourself! There is a clean-up crew but we are expected to keep the level of clean-up effort on the outside grounds (and by the pools) to a minimum.

Yes, parking is available! Both for those staying on property and those driving in for the events.

Yes! Taxis will have no problem dropping you off at the event. When you need a taxi home, just let a member of the staff know 30min before you would like to leave, and they will call one for you. Taxis take 15-30min to arrive from town.
