The event will be taking place at the McMenamins Grand Lodge in Forest Grove, Oregon. Located at the Childrens Cottage and Sequoia Grove on the grounds. There is on site parking, but may be limited depending on the hotels traffic. 3505 Pacific Ave, Forest Grove, OR 97116

The reception will be held from 6-10 pm. Please feel free to show up early and have a few drinks at the bar or grab a bite to eat.

We ask that everyone try to RSVP by August if possible.

We are asking all guests to please wear all black attire unless requested otherwise. The reception will be held indoors, but there is an outdoor space you are welcomed to enjoy so bring a coat for the cold fall weather!

Due to the environment and restrictions to ask about a plus one if you aren't sure, and we ask that children stay home for a fun evening out for parents.

We will not be serving dinner, so please plan to eat ahead of time. We will have finger food and dessert. If you have restrictions, please try to let us know ahead of time (before august if possible) so we can ensure you have something to snack on.

There is no itinerary for this event. Our goal is to celebrate amongst our friends while enjoying good food and drinks. This is a fairly casual reception and no ceremony will be held. At this time there is no open bar, but a staffed bar will be in the venue.
