It was the first day of our freshman year of college at Shepherd University, and it was the start of our story. We met during orientation as we had many mutual friends and happened to be in the same music class together.

Our first official date at Olive Garden in Sterling VA. Nicole knew Kyle was a keeper as he ordered chocolate milk with his fettuccini alfredo.

The start of our relationship. We went on an ice skating date & later in the evening after playing volleyball with friends. Kyle asked Nicole to be his girlfriend at the Dominoes Pizza parking lot.

Year one down!

Year two... This year, Nicole started her nursing program & Kyle continued with his education in business administration.

Our first of many trips together!

Year three... Kyle graduated with his Bachelors in Business Administration at Shepherd University.

Year four... Our first international trip to Cancun, Mexico.

Kyle graduated with his Masters in Business Administration. Nicole graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Year five... celebrated in Jamaica.

We moved into our first apartment in Sterling VA!

During these years, Kyle worked as a financial analyst/accountant for AHT Insurance and Nicole worked at Inova Loudoun Hospital as a PCU nurse.

Year six, celebrated in Italy.

Kyle's first trip to Nicole's home country, Peru!

Year seven, a fun trip to Costa Rica!

We bought our first home!

Kyle proposed to Nicole at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah.
