To help us with our planning and finalizing details, please RSVP to our wedding day as soon as possible. We ask that you mail back your invitations or that you RSVP on our website with the QR code on the invitation with the total guest count and food choices.
The deadline is June 25th 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we are unable to make exceptions and have to mark you not in attendance. We must provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner!
What time should I arrive?
We kindly ask that guests begin to arrive by 5:00 pm to get to their seats before the wedding and ceremony start promptly at 5:30 pm. A wedding coordinator will assist you to the area you need to be at for the start of the ceremony.
Is the wedding outside?
Yes, the ceremony will be outside followed by cocktail hour & reception being held inside. The ceremony will be about a total duration of 30 minutes outside, & the sun will be shinning in the August heat, so please make sure to dress accordingly and keep hydrated throughout the day! For those who are unable to be outside, arrangements can be made if we are aware ahead of time.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you put any phones or cameras away during the ceremony. Our wish is for everyone to be present and with us in the moment fully. We will have a professional photographer and videographer capturing all important aspects of the ceremony and our day.
As far as before or after the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like to remember our special day!
Are children welcome?
As much as we love your little ones and spending time with them, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of the children included in the wedding party
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate for those who have been formally invited. If you did receive a plus one, it will be addressed within the subject line of the formal invitation. We thank you for understanding!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! There will be drinks and an open bar the entire night. We want our guests to enjoy themselves and have the best time celebrating!
The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!
