What is the dress code?
The dress code is Formal.
Formal dress code means men are asked to wear suits and women are asked to wear a floor length gown, fancy cocktail dress, or formal pant suit.
Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
Darker hues, such as black, navy, and charcoal, or deeper jewel tones, like emerald, amethyst, and burgundy, are preferred.
Please do NOT wear white, champagne, ivory, or cream colored attire.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 p.m. We recommend you arrive by 3:00 p.m. to ensure a comfortable window of arrival.
Our day is being coordinated on a strict schedule, this means we cannot push back start times due to tardiness. Any individuals not present during the beginning of the ceremony will not be allowed in late. This avoids distractions for, not only other guests, but for the bride and groom.
Can I bring a date?
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out to the groom or bride.
Are children welcome?
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. While we love all the children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We encourage all parents to treat our wedding day as a date night and an opportunity to spend time together as a couple. If you have any questions, please reach out to the groom or bride.
Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
No. We kindly ask that you do not have your cameras or phones out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony and we don't want any devices in our photos. If you would like photos of the ceremony we encourage you to reach out to the couple after the wedding as we would be happy to share the memories with you.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
We would appreciate if all photos and videos are not shared until the couple has had the opportunity to do so. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to post anything.
Will there be an Open Bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us but we ask that you do try to bring some small bills to tip our wonderful bar staff.
What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?
If we do not recieve an RSVP back from you by our specified deadline, you will be marked as "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide an accurate guest count to all of our vendors within a timely manner. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us!
