Second Payment: 50% of your total room cost due by July 16, 2026. Final Payment: Remaining balance due by October 1, 2026. Plenty of time to plan! Just make sure to meet the deadlines to ensure your reservation is secured.

You can book your flight at any time, but we recommend keeping an eye on prices using tools like Hopper or Expedia, which will notify you when fares drop. Once the group starts booking flights, we’ll share a Google document where everyone can add their flight details. This will help us coordinate transportation and secure the best group rates possible. Be sure to send your flight information to us before September 1, 2026 so we can arrange transportation!
