Joe and Nicolette met down the shore in North Wildwood in the summer of 2021. They were both out with mutual friends when Joe approached Nicolette. Nicolette and Joe instantly connected and exchanged phone numbers. A week later they had their first date at Beach Creek, (pictured above). They knew from the beginning this was something special. Nicolette and Joe spent the rest of the summer going on dinner dates, beach days, and falling in love over espresso martinis. Nicolette introduced Joe to her cat, Theo, and Joe was instantly obsessed. Over the next two years, they spent their time doing their favorites things together including going to concerts, going on vacations, plenty of beach days, and going out to eat. They moved in together and got another cat named Petey. Nicolette and Joe would go to the diner every weekend and talk about their future. It was only a matter of time before Joe popped the question. October 6, 2023, Joe surprised Nicolette by asking her to marry him. Nicolette said yes and they eagerly began wedding planning shortly after. Nicolette and Joe cannot wait for their special day ahead and to share it with all their favorite people.
