In 2017, I met Mike at work. He was a salesman & I was a finance manager. Funny enough, while I always found Mike attractive, our first encounter was not that great. While doing the paperwork for one of his deals, I made a mistake on one of the numbers. Mike, being the perfectionist he is, did not handle that well. I always had a strict policy to not mix work and romance however, as you can all see I broke that rule. Mike and I were friends first but that quickly transformed into dating. We found each other at the perfect time. We moved in together about a year later. Four years and one dog later, Mike popped the question one summer night in our bedroom. Although I don't think we ever thought one night hanging out would have lead us to a lifetime together, we sure are happy it did!!
