💍 GENERAL INFORMATION
Q: When and where is the wedding?
A: The big day is October 25, 2025, and all events will take place at The Gardens at Casa Noir, 3066 Crockett Way, Wellington, FL 33467.
Our ceremony will be from 3pm - 3:45pm, and our light reception from 4:00pm to 5:45pm. Guests are asked to please refer to their invitation to know which events their presence is requested at.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: The dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. Since our venue is garden-style and the light reception will be outdoors, we recommend wearing light, breathable clothing and comfortable shoes suitable for grass or uneven ground. South Florida in late October can still be warm, so plan accordingly!
Q: Will the ceremony and light reception be indoors or outdoors?
A: The ceremony will be held indoors and the light reception will be outdoors. Please plan for weather conditions!
🗺️ TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS
Q: Are there hotel room blocks for guests?
A: We haven’t reserved any hotel blocks since the majority of our guests are local. However, if you're traveling from out of town and need recommendations, feel free to reach out—we’d be happy to help you find nearby accommodations!
Q: Is there parking available at the venue?
A: There is limited parking available at the venue, and valet service will be provided. To help keep things smooth and stress-free, we highly recommend carpooling if possible. Thank you!
🍽️ FOOD & DRINK
Q: What will the food be like?
A: We’re keeping things simple and sweet with a light reception following the ceremony — featuring refreshments, dessert, and time to celebrate together in the garden.
Q: Will there be dairy-free/gluten-free options?
A: Absolutely! Please indicate your dietary preferences when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure you're taken care of.
🧒 GUESTS
Q: Can I bring a plus-one?
A: Due to space constraints, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
📝 RSVP & GIFTS
Q: When is the RSVP deadline?
A: We know our invitations went out in a few different phases during the planning process, but we kindly ask that all final RSVPs be submitted by September 30th. Thanks so much—we can’t wait to celebrate with you! You can RSVP directly on this site!
Q: Where are you registered?
A: Thanks for your patience! We are are finally registered on Amazon and Target— if you're interested, you can find all the items right on this site!

Q: What's the timeline for the day?
A: Here's a general timeline:
3:00 PM - Pre-Ceremony and Ceremony, 4:00 PM Light Reception and Garden Stroll PM, 5:50 PM - Couple's Grand Exit.

A note about invitations:
We’re so excited to celebrate this special day with our loved ones! Due to limited space for the ceremony, we’ve thoughtfully sent out two types of invitations:
Ceremony + Reception invitations
Reception-only invitations
Guests have received invitations accordingly, and we kindly ask everyone to attend only the portions of the event they were invited to. If you received a reception-only invitation, please know this was simply a matter of venue capacity, and we’re truly honored to have you celebrate with us. Everyone invited is a meaningful part of our lives, and we can’t wait to enjoy this day together in whatever way we’re able to share it!
