Chase calls Niki to ask her out-- Thank goodness Luci was there to tell her to answer the phone and document the moment!
The first date was at Lulu's Thai ; after closing down the restaurant, Niki and Chase walked to Town Topic for a milkshake... and after that, Chase asked to go to Swordfish Tom's. Upon panicking when he could not find the actual entrance to the bar, Niki suggested Taps On Main. The rest is history! (Disclosure: Niki was very tired proctoring the ACT the next morning).

Chase was quickly submerged into Niki's friends when he was volunteered to help turn Madison's apartment into a Halloween Party. Enter Fred and Daphne!
Chase begins murmuring that he loves Niki in his sleep. Niki keeps this a secret and uses it to her advantage later.

Chase was insistent that Niki and he have matching PJs-- how festive! Now this is a tradition that includes Winnie (Thanks Target for the dog jammies!)

Snow days at Niki's old apartment were the best. Whenever school was called off, Chase and Niki would go on an evening stroll around the block!
May 2022 was a big month for Niki and Chase; Niki graduated with her Masters, they moved to the River Market together, and they started their (now lifelong) career as wedding dates! Chase would like to add in that most pictures from this era were from Harry's Country Club (We recommend the cheese curds!)

Niki and Chase's first vacay-- Puerto Vallarta! They took full advantage of the all-inclusive package.
Chase and Niki discover the wonders of Costco. Freezers and hearts became full.

Enter... Winnie!! Niki texted Chase at work asking for her, and it worked. She has had many haircuts since (some better than others!) and Chase only slightly regrets this decision.

New Year, same late night pizza rolls! Niki and Chase were ambitious in trying to make an early morning tailgate on the 1st for the Chiefs v. Broncos Game. Sorry Mack and Ben for oversleeping the alarm! There is a rumor that Chase participated in the Tomahawk Chop....
After a few months filled with weekend trips, Mardi Gras, a family vacation, and teaching Winnie to ride the paddle board, Chase begins acting very suspicious. He disappears for small amounts of time and yells at Niki when she gets into the bathroom cabinet.

Drum roll please.... Chase proposed to Niki at Prospect Park in New York! He was only slightly nervous and forgot what he wanted to say. Niki was very excited to say yes!!
