We recommend flying into either Seattle Tacoma International Airport or Pangborn Memorial Airport (EAT) in Wenatchee and renting a car to get to Chelan. The drives is about 3 hours from SeaTac airport and 1 hour from Wenatchee airport.

For our out-of-town guests, we have reserved a hotel room block at Campbells Resort, which is located right in downtown Lake Chelan! Please visit the "Accommodations" section of our website for recommendations for your stay.

We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Dress to impress in your best formal attire! We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear an evening dress (no white, please!). It's recommended women wear either flats or a block heel, as the venue has a mix of cobblestone and gravel. Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on a terrace and it may get chilly in the evening, so we recommend bringing a light jacket!

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. We have registered for a few items we need for our newlywed home, along with a honeymoon fund, a link to our wedding registry can be found under the 'Registry' tab of our website!

We recommend carpooling to the venue as there are only 50 parking spots available on-site. Overnight parking is prohibited.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Plus one's will be indicated on the wedding invitation. Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at 4pm to make sure everyone is seated on time for the ceremony.

We invite you to be truly present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony conclusion. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture all of the special moments!

Our wedding will conclude at 10pm. Don’t Miss The Bus! Transportation will be provided from the reception to the after-party at Laylas's bar in downtown Chelan so you can safely and leisurely continue the party with us! Shuttle will depart from Siren Song at 10pm to the after-party at Laylas's bar in downtown Chelan. Layla's is walkable distance for our guests utilizing the hotel block at Campbell's Resort.
