Transportation Information for Our Guests

We are excited to offer convenient transportation to and from the wedding venues, but if you prefer to drive or take an Uber, we’ve got details on that listed below too!

Transportation to the Ceremony:

(2) Trolleys will be picking up guests from both the Residence Inn and Devon Shores Inn and transporting everyone directly to the 8th Tee at Belleair Country Club for the ceremony.

Once Residence Inn guests and Devon Shores guests are dropped off at the Ceremony site, the (2) Trolleys will pick up guests at Belleair Country Club, to bring them to the ceremony site.

After the Ceremony:

Following the ceremony, the trolleys will be available to take guests to the Belleair Country Club for Cocktail Hour & Reception.

Driving or Ubering to the Ceremony:

If you prefer to drive, parking is available at the Cocktail Hour and Reception Venue (Belleair Country Club) 1 Country Club Ln, Belleair, FL 33756. Once you park, you will meet in front of the venue to take the trolley to the Ceremony site.

If you prefer to Uber, please uber directly to the Ceremony site.

Please be sure to catch the trolley at your designated pick-up location if you’re using the provided transportation, and don’t hesitate to ask one of our coordinators if you need assistance!

Before the ceremony

Pick up at Residence Inn @ 3:15 pm

Drop off at 8th tee (Ceremony site) @ 3:45 pm

Pick up at Belleair Country Club @ 4:05 pm

Drop off at 8th tee (Ceremony site) @ 4:15 pm

Trolley 2 -

Before the ceremony

Pick up at Devon Shores @ 3:00 pm

Drop off at 8th tee (Ceremony Site) @ 3:45 pm

Pick up at Belleair Country Club @ 4:00 pm

Drop off at 8th tee (Ceremony Site) @ 4:15 pm

Trolley 1 & 2-

4:45 pm / 5:00 pm both trolley's take guests back to Belleair Country Club for cocktail hour (multiple trips)
