This piece of Northern California coastline has so many fun things to offer! Nikki grew up going here from day trips for school, camping with friends, & going for a cute lunch spot. There are a variety of interesting and enjoyable activities for people of all ages. And it is located only 30 minutes from the venue.

Doran Beach is a great place to play in the ocean, especially with kids - *but it is a regional park so there could be a fee for entry.

This is one of our favorite breweries to visit when we come to the North Bay. Lagunitas has a variety of tasty beers & ciders that are perfect to enjoy in any of their 3 beer garden spots! They have games like cornhole, ladder ball, cards & occasionally have live bands. Perfectly located right of the 101 in Petaluma.

If you're looking for an outdoor activity, this is by far one of the best state parks we have been to. Harrison loves to bring his mountain bike and get a good ride in whenever we come to visit my parents. It has different levels of difficulty and tons of entry points for hikers, bikers, etc. There are a couple lakes that you can hike to & take a dip.

Spring Lake is a gorgeous little lake within the park with a paved walking path around it.

What kind of hosts would we be if we didn't offer some local wineries to check out, we are getting married in Wine Country after all!
