In consideration of limited venue space, we have opted for a mostly adult-only event to ensure everyone can fully unwind and revel in the celebration. Beer and wine will be hosted. Outside of that a full service bar will be available. The venue accepts credit cards with a small % fee for cards. However, there will be a 50/50 honeymoon raffle. If you'd like to partake, bring along some cash for that.

The hotels with designated room blocks for our wedding guests are located in Proctor, MN, approximately 14 miles from Ivy Black Weddings & Events. There are other hotels in the area, located in Hermantown, MN.

Yes, safety is our top priority.. A shuttle service will be provided. See the "Travel" section for full schedule. Briefly, departure for the ceremony will be at 2:15PM from Duluth Inn and Suites and 2:30PM from AmericInn. There will be return shuttles available every hour starting at 8:00PM.

Yes, your vehicle can stay in the parking lot overnight. The venue requests any remaining cars be picked up by 9AM on Sunday.
