In March of 2020, Nikki packed up a U-Haul truck with just the bare necessities and her pup Cashmond. Together, the pair traveled from Porterdale, Georgia to Dallas, Texas for Nikki's new job with Cigna.

March 2020: ✈️GA to TX

Three months after her move, Robert spots Nikki on a dating site, Robert sends a message with the corniest pickup line ever and gets a…very Nikki response. 🧔🏿‍♂️: I’m only single because I haven’t met a woman like you. June 2020: 👋🏾The Pickup Line

On July 26, 2020, Robert asks Nikki to go steady. He chose a romantic Italian restaurant in Grapevine, Texas called Ferrari's Italian Villa &amp; Chop House. Today, the memory of this night is one of Nikki's most precious. It set the tone for the thoughtful and romantic partnership they have today.In case it has to be said, the answer was "Yes".
