We have a total of 20 rooms per night blocked off for our traveling guest at the Holiday Inn. 10 rooms with double queen beds and 10 rooms with king beds.

Individuals are responsible for calling, booking, and payment of hotel rooms.

Check in is after 4pm, check out is 11am. Be sure to only book the dates you plan to stay for the wedding. You may stop by the hotel day of the wedding to see if early check in is available.


If cancellation is needed, you must call and notify the hotel 72 hours prior to booking date. If cancellation is within 72 hours, you will be responsible for 1 night rate plus tax.

The website URL will automatically book you for June 5- June 8. If you are not planning on staying for the full length of time, please change the dates as it will charge you if you do not change the dates. Again, use the group code provided for discounted rate.


Reservations need to be made by Thursday, May 1, 2025, for group booking prices.


We will have 10 rooms blocked on Thursday, 20 rooms blocked on Friday, and 10 rooms blocked on Saturday with a mixture of King beds and Double Queen beds available.


Check in time is 3pm. If you are needing to get ready at the hotel, there is an option to guarantee an early check-in for $30 more. Early check in should get you the room for as early as 10am on Thursday and/or Friday.
