Ethan and I found each other all because we both swiped right on a little app most people know called Tinder. Though people may not find it romantic, this app has led us to a love of a lifetime. Our first date was at a little boba shop off of rock road. We hit it off pretty well and shot for another date at the same place. We talked and talked for what we felt was 10 minutes but was probably a couple of hours. The communication was the best part of our relationship. We learned about what each person wanted for their future and what makes them tick and succeed. As time went on we knew things could be more. Ethan asked me to be his girlfriend December 17th 2023 while listening to banana pancakes by Jack Johnson in the movie theatre parking lot (it was absolutely romantic, he was crying) Since then we have watched countless movies, made friends with eachothers friends, visited many states including Yellowstone national park and Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico being the place Ethan proposed. As we wait for this beautiful wedding we are now long distance for my deployment to Iraq for 9 months and an additional 5 months for Ethan’s active duty army training. We are so excited to begin this new life. We plan to grow old together and witness each other’s lives with our 15 children. Thank you all for being part of this journey.
