The closest and most convenient airport. Only 15 minutes from Downtown Richmond and 30 minutes from the suggested hotels in Short Pump. Small enough to navigate easily and traffic is never an issue. No need to rent a car if you do not want to - you can use Uber/Lyft!
Other close-by airports you can use: Charlottesville Albemarle (CHO) or Dulles International (IAD)

As wonderful as Richmond City is, our venue is closest to Short Pump so we are recommending hotels in that area for convenience and accessibility. It is very commercialized so please explore the more quaint and interesting parts of Richmond if you are able to!

We are chartering a coach bus to transport our guests from the hotels in Short Pump to our venue and back so we can all party hardy!
Pick-up is at 3pm starting at the Hyatt and making a stop at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Return trip from the venue is at 10pm and will drop-off at both hotels. You do not have to stay at these hotels to enjoy the free ride, just need to RSVP & be at the right place at the right time. If you do not make these times, you will have to find another mode of transportation so make sure you plan ahead!
