Yes! Please check out hotel information on our Travel page of our wedding website. If the rooms are fully booked when you go to reserve one, please text the bride or groom because we do have the opportunity to request more rooms up until the end of May!
Will transportation services be provided to and from the hotel to your reception, Robin Hills?
Yes! We have booked a 27 passenger shuttle that will be running from our hotel with our hotel block, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ann Arbor West, to our reception, Robin Hills, and then taking you back to the hotel after the reception.
The shuttle will be making multiple trips from the hotel to the reception between 4pm-5:45pm, and multiple trips from the reception to the hotel between 9pm-11pm.
We strongly encourage any guests partaking in alcohol to utilize our shuttle services to ensure safety for all our loved ones on our big day.
Is there enough parking for all of us at St. Thomas for the ceremony?
Yes. Saint Thomas has a back parking lot behind the church with about 200 parking spots. You can access the parking lot via Kingsley Street. You will turn down the alleyway running parallel between Division and Elizabeth Streets, and the parking lot is on your left. You can also search "St. Thomas Parking Lot Ann Arbor" for guidance with Google Maps. There is usually some but limited street parking in the areas around the Church. It is recommended to drop off those with difficulty walking longer distances at the Church before parking.
Is there enough parking for all of us at Robin Hills for the Reception?
Yes, however the parking lot is far from the reception area, therefore we recommend carpooling with friends and family or using our shuttle if you are staying at our hotel block. Parking attendants will guide you to the reception area as soon as you enter the grounds of Robin Hills. The driver of your car will be instructed drop off all riders in the vehicle to the reception area, and then drive to the parking lot. Attendants will give the drivers a ride back to the reception area via golf cart (dads, grandfathers, and uncles, this is your time to shine). When you would like to leave the reception and go back to your car, your driver can shuttle back to the parking lot via golf cart with a parking attendant. Your driver is then free to pick up the rest of your party at the reception area in your personal vehicle.
Can we leave our cars at the reception or the Church overnight?
No. Your vehicle must leave when you leave the reception, which ends promptly at 11pm. St. Thomas also does not permit overnight parking, and your car may be towed.
We can't miss work and are unable to make it to the ceremony, but can make it to your reception. Should we still come?
The bride and groom are aware of unique constraints that come with a daytime wedding on a work day. If you are unable to attend our wedding ceremony, we would still LOVE to see you at our reception to celebrate with us.
Can I bring a plus one or my kids who are not listed on my invitation?
Unfortunately, no. The bride and groom are thrilled to spend time with their friends and family and are honored you will be a part of their special day, however in order to not go over capacity limits of 250 people at the reception, the bride and groom cannot accommodate those not directly listed on your invitation.
Help! It's the day of the wedding and I have a last minute question/concern. Who do I contact?
Please contact our wedding coordinator Teresa at 734-904-6174 for last minute and day-of questions and concerns as the bride and groom will likely not have access to their cell phones throughout their wedding day.
