What is the COVID-19 Policy?

The Georgetown Ballroom COVID-19 policy will stay in place for 2023. Vaccinations will be checked at the door, please arrive early to account for this.

In addition, to be considerate of immunocompromised and at-risk guests, we please ask everyone to complete a rapid COVID-19 test the day of the event and only attend if you return a negative result. If you cannot procure a test, we will provide one for you at the door, or if you are local you can pick up a test from our house (shoot us a call or text).

If you are unvaccinated, the Georgetown Ballroom will accept a negative PCR test in lieu of vaccination. We ask that if you are traveling from out of town you be thoughtful about your exposure, and if possible, take your test after you arrive in Seattle. If unvaccinated you will be required to also follow the rapid test guidelines outlined above. Please arrive early to account for these checks.

Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?

We are hopeful for sunshine, in which case the ceremony will be taking place in the venue courtyard. With that said we do know we're in Seattle and if the weather does not agree with our plans, the ceremony will take place indoors.

What should I wear?

The dress is cocktail attire, but the most important thing to us is that you are comfortable and ready to dance the night away! Dress in what makes you feel best!

Can I bring my kid(s)?

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no one under the age of 21 attend our wedding.

Where can I park?

We know parking in Seattle can be difficult so we encourage everyone that has the ability to use public transit or ride share to do so. With that said, there is also paid parking directly across from the venue entrance, and street parking in the area.

When and where should I RSVP?

We are using electronic RSVP tracking. Please visit the RSVP section where you can respond appropriately. We are asking you to RSVP by June 3rd, 2023 for ample planning time.

I still have questions! What's the best way to get in touch?

Feel free to call or text Nina or Jordan!
