If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone. See you and your plus-one on October 11th!
Directions, Transportation and Accommodations
What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?
Our address is 500 Bell Street, Dubuque, IA 52001. Once you arrive, there is a staircase you must ascend to access the ceremony space. You will see signage directing you to the back patio where the ceremony will take place. Our venue also has an elevator on the *** side of the lobby that can get you to the right level.
Is there parking available near the wedding venue?
For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the patio, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. During cocktail hour, we plan to take wedding photos with guests outdoors. In case of unpredicted weather, the ceremony will be held indoors at the site of reception.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
For out-of-state guests, we have reserved a room block at [hotel name]. Please book your stay by [insert cut off date] to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code [insert code] or mention the [your last name and your partner's last name] wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.
What's the best airport to use?
The Cedar Rapids Municipal Airport and Quad Cities International Airport are the closest airports. The hotel will be easily accessible from Cedar Rapids, IA or Moline, IL (depending which airport you choose) via taxi or ride share.
Wedding Dress Code
What's the dress code for your wedding?
We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. Those who would like to wear a dress can wear sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony. Alternatively, guests can wear a light dress shirt with khakis or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties are optional.

Menu and Dietary Restrictions
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We will be serving *** at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. There will be a meat, fish and gluten-free/nut-free/vegan option available.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We plan on having an entree choice that's vegan, gluten and nut free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Our cocktail hour appetizers will also all be clearly marked if they are allergy friendly (and there will be multiple allergy-friendly options). If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
Will there be an open bar?
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. A wedding card box will also be at our reception.
