Our Story

We want all our guests to feel comfortable choosing the accommodations that best suit their needs and budget. While we’ve reserved hotel blocks for convenience, there’s absolutely no requirement to stay in them! Key West has plenty of great rental options (bed and breakfasts, VRBO rentals, air bnb, etc.), which can be more budget-friendly and still just as amazing! The island is small and easy to get around, so you’ll never be more than about 15–20 minutes from anywhere. We can’t believe this weekend is finally here! There’s something special about gathering the people we love in a place that instantly feels like vacation. Key West has our whole hearts, and getting to celebrate here with you means everything to us! Thank you for making the trip and being part of this chapter with us. Thursday | April 16

Early Arrival Happy Hour (Informal)

Location Area: Key West Historic Seaport Harborwalk Time: Evening / whenever you arriveIf you're getting into town early, we’ll likely be grabbing drinks Thursday night around the Key West Historic Seaport. This is completely informal. No reservations, no schedule. Just a relaxed Key West evening. The seaport area has several waterfront restaurants and bars all along the harborwalk, making it an easy place to wander, grab a drink, and kick off the weekend. The harborwalk runs along the waterfront near the ends of:• Front Street• Greene Street• Elizabeth Street• William Street• Margaret Street• Grinnell Street If you're nearby, come find us somewhere along the water!

Friday | April 17

Boat: The Party Cat by Sunset Watersports Location: Key West Historic Seaport201 William Street Arrival: 5:15–5:30 PM Departure: 6:15 PM sharp Return: Around 8:30–9:00 PM Boarding will take place at Key West Historic Seaport at 201 William Street. Look for the Party Cat by Sunset Watersports. Please plan to arrive early. The boat will depart on time. What to ExpectDinner, open bar, steel pan music, and sunset views that look like a postcard! Buffet Menu• Caribbean pulled pork• Black beans and rice• Deep-fried sweet plantains• Grilled chicken marinated in pineapple and soy• Fried fish with lemon and tartar sauce• Pasta salad• Mixed vegetables• Mashed potatoes• Cuban bread and butter Open Well BarUnlimited well mixed drinks, draft beer, margaritas, wine, champagne, rum runners, and soft drinks. What to WearTropical vibes. Look good, feel comfortable, embrace the island energy. Helpful TipsWe’ll be out on open water. It’s a large, stable boat, but consider bringing:• Sunglasses• A light layer after sunset• Motion sickness medication if you’re sensitive Event attendance is by invitation only. Please refer to your invitation regarding plus ones and children. If weather conditions are unsafe, the cruise may be canceled. But let’s be honest… it’s going to be perfect.

Saturday | April 18

The Day We Say “I Do”

Venue: Audubon House &amp; Botanical Gardens205 Whitehead Street Venue Opens: 5:00 PM Ceremony Begins Promptly: 5:15 PMPlease plan to arrive early and allow extra time for transportation and parking. The ceremony will take place outdoors on mostly brick pathways. Our ceremony will be unplugged, so we kindly ask that phones remain put away. We promise the photos and video will be shared afterward so you can stay fully present in the moment. The ceremony will last about 30–40 minutes and will flow directly into cocktail hour. In the unlikely event of rain, the ceremony will be tented. Cocktail Hour: 6:00 PM Dinner Stations Open: 7:00 PM Reception Ends: 10:00 PM Open bar all evening with a DJ and live musician keeping the party going! Dinner Highlights:Paella Station (Chef Attended)Saffron-infused rice tossed with Cuban-inspired ingredients including chicken, local shellfish, slow-cured chorizo, peppers, onions, garlic, sweet peas, and piquillo peppers. Grilled Station• Garlic marinated skirt steak• Lemon rosemary chicken• Lightly blackened mahi• Garlic and herb marinated shrimp• Assorted seasonal vegetables Dessert bites and cookies to follow. Dress CodeDress to impress. Bright colors encouraged. Gentlemen, please no sandals. If your toes can see the light of day, they’ll have to wait until after the wedding.

Duval Crawl (After Party)

When the reception ends at 10:00 PM, the night doesn’t have to. If you're still standing, join us for a "Duval crawl"! We’ll likely start at Irish Kevin’s or Rick’s and see where the night takes us. Completely optional. Totally informal. Classic Key West.

Sunday | April 19

Poolside Recovery  No schedule. No pressure.

We’ll be on the island Sunday, most likely posted up near the Opal Key and Hyatt Sunset Harbor pools near the Audubon House. If you're around, swing by and say hello. Grab brunch, soak up some sun, and recap the weekend. This is completely informal and optional. Just a relaxed way to wind things down together.

Parking in Key West can be limited and unpredictable.We strongly encourage rideshare services or hotel shuttles. If you choose to drive, plan to arrive earlier than you think you need to. Uber voucher details will be shared closer to the wedding to help offset rides.
