Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the same place (The Atrium - 1301 New Castle Rd, Prospect, PA 16052). The ceremony is set to start in the glass atrium at 3:30pm. This will be followed by happy hour in the entry area, then the reception will take place in the main hall.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
Where should I park?
The Atrium offers a large lot outside the venue for parking and it's free!!
Can I bring a plus one? Can I bring my kids?
Please refer to your invitation card, whoever is addressed on the invitation is who is invited to the ceremony and reception.
Where can I stay?
We have set aside a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn - Butler. You can book a room by calling the front desk at (724) 431-2400 or booking online at https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/thullenweddingnovember2024/ .
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will be provided from the Hampton Inn - Butler to the venue. The shuttle bus will provide two pick up times prior to the ceremony. The first pick up from the hotel is at 2:15pm. The second pick up time is at 2:55pm. Please note that the bus only holds 40 people so both pick up times should be utilized. The shuttle service will then pick up guest from the venue and transport you back to the hotel (pick up times are 9pm, 9:30pm, and 10:15pm).
Will there be an open bar?
We will be serving wine, beer, and cocktails, but don't forget to bring cash to tip the bartenders!
