We ask that you arrive at the venue at any time between 3:15-3:30pm to ensure that the ceremony can start without delay. Please do not arrive sooner than 3:15pm.

2. What time does the ceremony begin?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:45PM.

The ceremony will be around 30-45 minutes long.

3. What is the schedule of events for the wedding day?

Please refer to the “Home” page of the website for the schedule of events for the day.

4. How long is the cocktail hour?

Cocktail hour is 1 hour, from 4:30-5:30pm.

5. How long is the reception?

The reception is 4.5 hours long, from 5:30-10:00pm.

Everyone will be asked to find their assigned seats at 5:30pm inside the barn.

6. Will there be an after party?

Everyone is invited to head over to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa 5223 Orient Rd, Tampa, FL 33610 to continue the festivities at the casino/bars! Meet specifically at Center Bar!

7. Where do I park when I get to Ever After Farms?

There is a lot of parking space at the venue. Although, we encourage you to make use of Uber/Lyft/carpool!

8. Is there transportation provided to/from Ever After Farms?

No, there will be no transportation provided to the venue. However, there will be transportation provided to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for after the wedding.

9. What should I do if I arrive late to the ceremony?

Please don't be late. If you are, we kindly ask that you sit in the back of the ceremony and wait to walk in after the bride has reached the altar.

10. Can we take photos and videos during the ceremony or reception?

No, we would appreciate if guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We are hiring professional photographers and videographers to document the event. If you still would like to take your own photos/videos, please be mindful of the professional staff as to not get in their way.

In contrast, we would encourage you to take photos and videos during the cocktail hour and reception time. We will be providing a QR code for everyone to please upload what they have taken so we can see all aspects of the wedding day from your lens! Any and all documentation is welcomed and encouraged!

1. What is the dress code?

The dress code for the wedding is formal, meaning suits and formal/cocktail dresses. Parts of the venue will be on grass/unpaved surfaces, so we recommend wearing block heels. Here is a cheat sheet for attire!

Our wedding does take place in a colorful flower barn, so we encourage you to wear light, pastel colors! These are just for inspiration!

We have reserved several blocks of rooms at hotels close to Ever After Flower Barn. Please refer to the “Travel” tab on our website for more information and booking details.

The bride and groom will be staying at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, 5223 Orient Rd, Tampa, FL 33610.

The average high is 75 degrees Fahrenheit and the average low is 58 degrees Fahrenheit. We're hoping for beautiful sunny weather!

1. How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?

Please RSVP here on the website! The deadline to RSVP is October 15, 2024. If you are having any issues with the RSVP, please feel free to reach out to us.

2. Can I bring a plus one?

As much as we would love to have more guests celebrate with us, we kindly request that guests refrain from bringing a plus one unless explicitly stated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes, please refer to the “Registry“ tab on our website.

4. Can we bring registry gifts to the wedding venue?

We prefer that guests use the registry for gifts. However, if you would like to bring a gift to the wedding, we would be delighted to receive it. There will be a card box station at the reception venue where you can drop off your gift.

Definitely! If you would like, please bring cash to kindly tip the bartenders.

2. How can guests communicate any specific dietary needs or restrictions?

You will be able to indicate your dinner choice (beef/fish/vegetarian) when you complete the RSVP. Please make sure to indicate any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so that we can accommodate your needs.

1. What is the policy on smoking or vaping at the wedding venue?

Smoking and vaping are not permitted at the Ever After Flower Barn. Please refrain from any smoking and vaping during our wedding.

2. How will you communicate any updates and/or changes before the wedding?
