The wedding will be held on Chimney Pond Farm which is set in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. We are so excited to celebrate with you. Fall is one of the most beautiful times of year in the mountains and people from all over travel to drive around the area to see the leaves. Because of that, hotels and accommodations can fill up quickly. We would love for you to be as comfortable as possible, so we encourage you to book your stay as early as possible and secure a spot that is just right for you. The drive to Cashiers is scenic and just beautiful! Cell phone reception can be spotty so download directions ahead of time just in case! The Cashiers area is home to so many scenic outdoor attractions such as beautiful waterfalls, mountain trails, lakes, golfing, boating, horseback riding, disc golf, interactive experiences on the farm, etc. Whether you're staying for the night or turning it into a longer getaway, there’s so much to explore. 1. What time should I arrive at the venue?A: We recommend that you arrive 45 min prior to the ceremony time. 2. Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?A: We have selected a beautiful outdoor wedding location, but it may be under cover or moved to an indoor location depending on the weather conditions. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. While temperatures are expected to be mild during the day it may get cooler during the evening hours, please check the weather forecast the week of the wedding and plan accordingly. 3. What is the attire for the wedding and reception?A: Black Tie Optional — Dark suits, jackets or tuxes, long or mid-length dresses, and Indian attire are all welcome! We’ll be celebrating outdoors on grass and with lots of dancing, so comfy shoes are a must! We can't wait to see everyone! 4. Can I take photos during the ceremony?A: We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos or using their phones during the ceremony. 5. Where is the reception taking place?A: The dinner reception will be held after the wedding ceremony at Chimney Pond Farm. The cocktail hour will be on a large outdoor deck with counter space for drinks and appetizers and the celebration dinner will be held inside the beautiful reception hall.

6. How do I RSVP?A: Information may be found on the RSVP page. 7. Who can I bring? A: Your invitation will list the number of seats we have reserved in your honor. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate plus ones due to space limitations. We have also chosen to keep our celebration as an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you! 8. Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding?A: We will have a shuttle that will pick up and drop off guests at the Hampton Inn. Shuttles will be available both before the ceremony and after the reception to and from the Hampton Inn. You are also able to leave your car at the venue overnight, as long as you pick it up on Sunday morning. More detailed shuttle schedule and information to be provided at a later date. 9. How is the cell phone service in the area?A: Cell phone service can be a little spotty up in the mountains! Plan on printing or downloading directions and maps prior to traveling to the area. 10. Is there parking available?A: Yes, there is plenty of complimentary parking available at Chimney Pond Farm. You are also welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight, as long as you pick it up on Sunday morning.Golf cart transportation to and from the parking lot to the wedding ceremony site/reception will be available to all guests. 11. Is there golf cart transportation for guests who need assistance once on Chimney Pond Farm?Yes! If you need assistance to get to the reception site after the wedding, golf cart transportation will be available if needed. 12.
