What is the format of the wedding?
The Baraat will begin promptly at 9 AM followed by the ceremony and lunch.
There will be plenty of time to rest and recharge before the evening cocktail hour and reception, starting at 6:30 PM.
What is the Dress Code?
Our dress code is formal/cocktail attire, and you’re welcome to wear either Indian or Western clothing—whichever you prefer!
For those unfamiliar with Indian wedding traditions:
Women typically wear a lehenga (a long skirt with a matching blouse and dupatta), a sari (a draped fabric worn over a blouse), or a gown for the ceremony. For the reception, you’re welcome to wear either an American cocktail dress or Indian attire—whatever makes you feel your best! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the bride.
Men traditionally wear a kurta for the ceremony and a suit for the reception.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on the invitation attend.
