It all began in 2020, at a Chick-fil-A restaurant where two teenagers crossed paths in the most unexpected of ways. Noah, a shy and awkward boy with a big heart, first met Haven. A sweet, beautiful, and caring girl, and from that very first encounter, he knew something special was unfolding. He didn’t realize it at the time, but Haven had already made a lasting impression on him. Haven, on the other hand, didn’t quite share Noah’s enthusiasm at first. In fact, she thought Noah was a bit awkward — okay, maybe more than a bit — and sometimes, well, a little cringe. But life has a funny way of surprising us. Over time, she saw past the awkward moments and began to see something deeper in Noah: his heart. As their friendship grew, Haven invited Noah to church, hoping to share something that was important to her. Little did she know, this invitation would change Noahs life forever. Through Havens gentle guidance, Noah found his faith and became a follower of Jesus, a transformation that not only deepened his spiritual life but his character as well. But even with this growth, Noah still wasn’t sure if he’d ever have the courage to ask Haven on a date. In fact, he tried—three times over three years—only to hear a kind but firm “no” each time. And for a while, Noah wondered if it was time to give up. But Haven noticed something changing in Noah. The awkwardness started to fade, and she began to see him for the person he had become: thoughtful, kind, and yes, even a little handsome. She started to realize that maybe, just maybe, there was more to their friendship than she had first thought. As Noah grew in confidence and maturity, they began spending more time together. What started as simple hangouts turned into something deeper, though Haven—being Haven—might have been a little hesitant to admit it. But when Noah finally gathered the courage to ask Haven out one last time, he poured his heart into it, and this time, to his surprise and absolute joy, Haven said yes. And from that moment on, everything changed. Since then, their love has blossomed into something neither of them could have ever imagined back at that Chick-fil-A. Today, they stand together, grateful for the twists and turns their relationship took and excited for the future they will build as husband and wife. Through every awkward moment, every “no,” and every step of growth, their bond has only grown stronger. Noah and Haven can’t wait to begin this next chapter, walking hand in hand as they continue to grow in faith, love, and laughter. Here’s to forever—together.
