Noah and Carissa met in 2020 as friends in ministry. They really connected when Carissa needed a guys leader for her youth group, and Noah’s pastor connected her to Noah. Through being the guys leader for RLCC YOUTH, Noah and Carissa grew closer talking about all things Jesus and their callings. After a season change they lost contact for almost a year, but reconnected when he reached out to Carissa for ministry help through her ministry, Kingdom Seekers Worship. During this time Noah and Carissa reconnected to talk about the Lord, and after months of growing closer to the Lord, and noticing they were growing closer together, the Lord led their story back together.

Carissa and Noah had a conversation in August of 2024, that revealed the Lords plan for marriage. Both decided to take time to heal and grow through inner healing while being friends in fall 2024. The Lord then gave the yes to move forward into dating on December 1st 2024. After fasting and praying together in January, at the end of January the Lord released them to start looking at rings/venues, which led to engagement on June 22nd 2025.

Noah and Carissa see this marriage and ceremony as not just a covenant and commitment to a one another, but also to the Lord as well. Noah and Carissa want everything they do for their marriage to involve the Lord. Their prayer is that through their marriage and family they raise that people will see Jesus and the goodness of God, turning back to Him.
