With only five days until the wedding, we would like to thank each of you for being a part of our wedding celebration. Your presence means the world to us!

Here are some important details for the big day:

Event Schedule:

- 2:00 PM Ceremony at “The Ivy”

- 5:00 PM Cocktails at the “Garry Room” at Marquis Hall Event Centre

- 6:00 PM Grand Entrance and Supper

- 8:00 PM Dance

Walking Directions:

To get to Marquis Hall, where the reception will be held, there are two entrances. From the south side, enter through the main doors of Place Riel and go right, then follow the signs. From the north side, enter the doors with signs for Marquis Hall, Tim Hortons, and the university bookstore from the Bowl.

Shuttle Service:

There is a shuttle service offered by the hotel (Holiday Inn Express/Staybridge Suites) that will take you to and from the university. The shuttle runs until 9:00 PM. To request the shuttle call (306) 954-1250, plan ahead as it may be busy transporting other guests. Other transportation options include uber, cabs, or the heel-toe express (short walk).

Parking Options:

The best option for parking at the University for the ceremony is the lot in front of the administration and kinesiology buildings, the entrance to this lot is from Campus Drive. For the reception, the closest option is the parking lot in front of St. Thomas More College, the entrance to this lot is off Wiggins Road.
