The entire wedding will occur at The Crossvines. The address of The Crossvines is: 16601 W Willard Rd, Poolesville, MD 20837 Please note that a shuttle will be available for transportation to and from the designated hotel for out of town guests.

The Crossvines has a private parking lot that will be available for wedding guests.

Guests to be seated by 4:45 p.m.

The ceremony will be held outside, on a tented patio. The cocktail hour will be at The Crossvines' outdoor patio (weather permitting). Following will be a reception of dinner and dancing in the indoor ballroom.

Due to space constraints at our venue, we are regrettably unable to extend invitations for additional plus ones. Thank you so much for understanding!

Cocktail attire. Come get fancy with us! Your snazziest suit and tie, cocktail dress, or dressy jumpsuit is perfect for our wedding.

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged a room block at the Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's "Accommodations" page. Additional hotels are in the area and within walking distance of the shuttle. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!

A courtesy shuttle will depart from the hotel at a time to be confirmed. Continuous return service from the reception to the hotel will be available throughout the evening.
