What is the address for the event?
What time should I plan to leave by to arrive on time?
If leaving from Knoxville: Plan to leave by 12:00pm EST. This allots for 2 hours and 15 minutes of drive time.
If leaving from Cookeville: Plan to leave by 11:15pm CST. This allots for 2 hours of drive time.
What time zone is the wedding in?
Chattanooga is in Eastern time zone. Please plan accordingly and if coming from central time, please allow for an extra "hour" of drive time.
How does parking and shuttle service work?
Park at the bottom of the hill where the signs will direct you. There will be a shuttle that will take you to and from the venue all throughout the night. The shuttle service runs from 2:15pm - 9:15pm.
How is the walk from the ceremony site to the reception site?
Since this venue is in the mountains, the walk from the ceremony to the reception hall is a short walk downhill. There will be a golf cart available to transport those who many need more assistance.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is semi formal. Please no jeans and no all white. Keep in mind the ceremony will be outside in mid November so dress according to the weather.
