Any Questions?

Please feel free to reach out to us via email at ntcosby@gmail.com

Where is the wedding?

The ceremony and reception are at The Seclusion, located at 425 Seclusion Lane, Lexington, Virginia 24450. The Seclusion is located 14 miles outside of downtown Lexington.

Will there be transportation provided?

Yes, there will be transportation provided to our guests! A large shuttle will pickup guests at each room block location, the Gin Hotel, Holiday Inn Express, and the Wingate by Wyndham hotel, at 3:15pm on Saturday, November 8th. They will depart each location at 3:15pm SHARP. If you are not staying at any of those hotels, you can drive to one and utilize the shuttle that way. The shuttles will depart the reception at 10pm to bring guests back to the hotels.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available at The Seclusion. If you choose to drive and leave your car over night, it has to be picked up by 9am on Sunday.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception indoors. There is an outdoor veranda with heaters (if necessary) and fire pits so you can enjoy the mountain views all evening.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Cocktail/formal attire. Autumn colors (think oranges, reds, yellows, greens) are encouraged! Ladies should wear either maxi, midi or cocktail dresses and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. Bridesmaids will be in olive green.

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

We recommend you do not wear stiletto heels. There are gravel and grassy areas that you might have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. We don't want you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles. Make sure you're ready to dance - Crocs/Birkenstocks encouraged for a change of shoes!

What will the weather be like?

It's always a gamble with the weather in Virginia! Weather ranges from low 50s to 60s or could be in the 70s. We recommend looking up the weather forecast prior to the wedding date.

When do I need to RSVP by?

October 4

Can I bring a plus one?

No, our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately, no. While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please note them when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate.
