We met through the sport we both love more than anything—soccer. Just two days after we met, Ben asked me out on our first date. We went to Yats for dinner—still one of our favorite spots—and then, of course, to an Indy Eleven soccer game because where else would we go, right?

After two weeks of hanging out nonstop, we made it official on June 27th, 2017, and kicked off what has been the best 7 years together. Since then, we've both graduated from college (me twice, because why not?), moved in together, survived COVID, both started coaching soccer, bought a house, and became proud parents to our dog, Fynn—who, let’s be honest, is the reason Ben now has two beings in the house that don’t listen to him!

In October 2024, Ben popped the question during a trip to Saugatuck, Michigan. But not before we stormed the field at the Notre Dame vs. USC game! To this day, I joke that he should’ve proposed right there on the field—we would’ve made it on national television! Now, we can’t wait to take the next steps in our journey and celebrate our love with all of our friends and family.
