This is a formal wedding :) for context, bridemaids are in pine green long gowns and groomsmen are in charcoal gray suits. We have had a few people ask, based on the design of our save-the-dates, if you are supposed to show up in medieval or fantasy costumes. While we would never stop you from showing up in full armor or prosthetic hobbit feet, it is definitely NOT our intended dress code lol

This is a child-free wedding! Please leave the little hobbits at home :)

Weather-depending, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour is indoor/outdoor. The reception and afterparty are both indoors.

We kindly but firmly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have amazing photographers and there is nothing worse than seeing a bunch of phones in the background of their photos! No seriously, we’ll be mad at you. But once the ceremony is over, PLEASE take tons of pictures and videos! We will have QR codes scattered throughout the reception area that take you directly to a site where you can upload your content for us :)

Mountain Top Resort is located in Chittenden, Vermont on the top of a mountain road. A long stretch of the road is not paved, but it is not difficult to drive on. It is a bit steep at times! There is plenty of parking at the resort. All of our wedding’s events are happening at the resort. The ceremony is at the top of a knoll on the resort property— for those who need it, there is a shuttle that can drive you to the top of the knoll (and back down afterwards).

When you RSVP and choose your meal, there is an option to list dietary restrictions. The resort can accommodate for pretty much anything!

For our wedding day, we will have an open bar starting at cocktail hour until 10pm, at that point switching to a cash/card bar.
