When to RSVP

Please RSVP by May 9th.

What time do we arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 1pm. Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes in advance to get settled and seated.

When is the reception?

The ceremony will conclude around 2:30pm. The doors to the hall beside the church will open at 5:00pm, the cash bar will open at 5:30 and if we are on schedule, dinner will be served at 6:00pm. While the bridal party and immediate family are away taking photos, guests are welcome to head home or back to their accommodations to freshen up, or enjoy some time with friends and family nearby.

What do we wear?

The dress code is semi formal/western formal.

For the ceremony, we kindly ask that ladies bring a wrap or sweater to cover shoulders, low necklines, or open backs while inside the church. The church is air-conditioned, so you won’t need to worry about getting too warm.

If you have cowboy boots, we would love to see them:)
