We met at the Burlington in Chicago. Our friends Mayilu and Danielle set us up. We still wonder if they grasp how successful they were in their matchmaking. I asked Nora out on a date within seconds of meeting her, she said yes and a couple weeks later we went to our first Bears game together where Nora met most of my extended family.

Since that first date we've traveled together during our spring breaks and summers off. Extremely content to be together and share in new and old experiences. We love to do things together, and on one of our fishing trips in Canada, Dusty decided to propose. We had both successfully caught muskie that day, and following our celebration Dusty dropped to one knee and asked Nora to marry him!

Nora and Dusty are both Chicago Public School teachers. Nora teaches 2nd grade in Portage Park and Dusty teaches Social Science in Roseland. They live in Bridgeport a couple of blocks from US cellular field. We are very grateful to have our friends and family close by and look forward to seeing everyone on August 6th!
