Rates are per night and are non-commissionable. Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes. The current tax rate is 10.5% and is subject to change. Rooms not booked by the “cut-off” date listed below may not be offered at the group rate and may not count as part of group commitment.

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION CANCELLATION

Individual reservations cancelled less than 24 prior to day of arrival will be subject to a penalty equal to one night’s room and tax.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival by first night room deposit, guaranteed with a major credit card, or by Direct Bill authorization (based upon approval). Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods. To avoid a no-show charge of one night’s room and tax charges, reservations must be canceled by 24 hours prior to the day of arrival.

Above rates are quoted per room per night and do not include state tax 6% or city tax 7% total 13%. Group rates will be available 2 days pre/post contracted dates as listed above based upon availability. All rates are subject to availability. Additional rooms may be added at group rate based upon availability.

Cut-off date: Friday, April 26, 2024.

RESERVATIONS

Guests may make a reservation by using the complimentary online booking link or by calling 469-575-0221 to secure the special discounted rate, guests will need to mention at the time of making a reservation that they are with the Baker & Shaw Group Block and must be made prior to Friday, April 26, 2024. After this time, any remaining rooms will be released from the block back to general inventory and the group rate will be offered based on availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Individual cancellations will be permitted without penalty if cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival. If canceled after this allotted time frame, a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax will apply.
