What to Expect/Bring?

I never went to a Wedding camp, what should I expect?

Camp Starlight will be your home for the weekend, so no need to worry about getting transportation to and from events; once you arrive and park your car at camp, you can forget about it until after the farewell brunch at the end of the weekend. Instead of a hotel your payment will secure a spot in one of the shared cabins. All of the cabins have electric/outlets, comfy single beds/bunks, showers, toilets, hot water, and a ton of cubbies to store your stuff. You will be assigned a cabin that sleeps 6-12 people. There are limited private rooms with AC available and will be discussed privately on a case to case basis, these rooms (1-2 people per) will be reserved for the elderly, disabled and pregnant. Camp Starlight is a premier family-owned and operated overnight camp located on a private lake, surrounded by 396 acres of the beautiful Pocono mountains. Our wedding weekend is all about FUN -- so prepare for a weekend full of our favorite outdoor activities (basketball, swimming (pool or lake), soccer, tennis, kayaking, volleyball, fishing, firepits, music, hiking, etc.), hanging out under the stars, and a beautiful wedding sprinkled in, just for fun!
