When should we RSVP by?

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation, that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is April 30, 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by this date, it will be marked as "No". We will miss celebrating with you but we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner! If you are having issues with RSVP'ing, please reach out to Nova at 647-981-2598.

Can I bring a Date/Plus One?

If you received a plus one, your "Guest" will be listed under your name on the website when you RVSP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends. We thank you for understanding.

Can our kids come?

While we love your little ones, we will only be inviting children of our immediate family. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us. To our families, we encourage you to take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as an adult night out to relax and enjoy!

Where are the Ceremony and Reception taking place?

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at the same venue - Eagle's Nest Golf Club! The ceremony will be outdoors - please send good weather thoughts our way!! Cocktail hour will be indoors but there will be an outdoor patio available for use and the reception will be indoors. Please note that this is an active golf course so there will be golfers and golf carts near the main entrance of the venue but they have their own designated area for venue access.

How do we get there? Is there parking available?

Please see the Hotel, Travel and Parking Page for all of these details.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We kindly ask you to arrive 15-20 minutes early to mingle with other guests and find your seat so you are ready for the "I Do's!" Please note, if you are late to the ceremony and it has already started, we ask that you stand at the top of the stairs and watch from the railing to avoid causing any distractions and then joining us at cocktail hour!

What should I wear?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day! We are requesting that our guests dress in formal attire. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are there any colours that should be avoided?

We kindly ask that you avoid colours traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories and creams. Additionally, all of the bridesmaids will be wearing dark green so please try to avoid that if possible.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate! Please Drink Responsibly!!

Is the venue fully accessible?

There will be stairs leading down to the ceremony space and back up to cocktail hour. If you require accommodations, please let the ushers know and they will escort you to an elevator. Otherwise, everything else is on the same level.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the ceremony?

We hired 2 amazing photographers to capture all of our special moments. Please try to be mindful of the photographers, especially during the ceremony! After the wedding, we encourage you to share your photos with us by uploading them using the QR code that will be provided.
